Inside, three titan screws are holding the bone together.
“Looks like a filled veal breast” was my first thought….
Update:
A better picture, two days later:
You can see the hole from the first drainage channel, which was removed on the occasion the first photo was made.
Hopefully, the 2nd one will be removed, tomorrow.
